The Eugene Association of Realtors (EAR) provides a variety of educational courses on such topics as ethics, reverse mortgages and the state of the real estate market. These classes are open to everyone for a small fee, and registration is required. Ethics training is available both online and at the EAR office, and is free to EAR members.
