Valeri is an associate with our Litigation practice. Her background in business coupled with her extensive jury and bench trial experience as an Assistant District Attorney for Lane County combine to make Valeri particularly adept at handling complex trial issues. While an Assistant DA, she managed serious felony cases involving domestic violence, elder abuse, and complex financial fraud matters. She diligently sought justice for private citizens in our community and local businesses. Valeri has been an active member in many public and private organizations, including the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates, the Oregon State Bar Affirmative Action Committee, Oregon Women Lawyers, and the Eugene Active 20-30 Club, among others.
