In accordance with the Oregon Code of Professional Responsibility, any information collected by Gleaves Swearingen Potter & Scott LLP in the course of providing our clients with legal services is disclosed solely to individuals or entities as is necessary in order to fulfill our legal obligations to those clients. Such individuals may include our legal staff, the client’s other consultants, accountant, realtor or insurance company. No other person or entity is provided with a client’s nonpublic personal information unless absolutely necessary to providing the legal services requested by the client.

If for any reason a client does not want us to disclose nonpublic personal information about them to other parties in the course of providing them with legal services, they may direct us not to make those disclosures at any time during the client-attorney relationship.
