Pat's practice encompasses most aspects of business and commercial law, including business formation and ongoing business advice, as well as mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and divestitures. She is also an experienced real estate lawyer. Pat is the current Chair of the Oregon State Bar Business Law Section's Executive Committee, and served as past Chair of the Executive Committee of the Real Estate/Land Use Section of the Oregon State Bar. Pat and her husband, John, enjoy spending their leisure time reading, gardening, cooking, attending University of Oregon athletic events, enjoying Oregon's many outdoor offerings (especially in Central Oregon) and traveling.
