Fritz's understanding of construction law, real estate issues and intellectual property law make him a formidable advocate for clients of all sizes and industries. Fritz also has extensive knowledge of product distribution law and secured transactions. Having been involved with Measure 37 since its inception, Fritz understands the scope and effect this measure has on local business. He has been involved in numerous property rights cases and constitutional cases addressing Measure 37 takings. Fritz volunteers his time as a diver at Oregon Coast Aquarium.
