Dan's practice emphasizes employment law, providing general advice, risk management and litigation services to employers of all sizes. Dan also excels in the area of appellate practice. He has successfully handled multiple civil appeals covering a wide range of legal issues. In addition, Dan has considerable experience advising health care clients on issues concerning the Stark and Anti-Kickback statutes, as well as other laws of special concern to health care entities.
