Cassie is a member of the firm’s litigation team. Cassie’s tireless work ethic fueled her scholastic success and has made her a strong advocate for her clients. Cassie prides herself on being responsive and thorough, traits that make a big difference to her clients while maneuvering through the litigation process.
Cassie has extensive experience in general commercial litigation matters and has placed specific emphasis on creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, and real estate issues.
In the bankruptcy arena, Cassie represents both creditors and creditors’ committees in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, trustees in Chapter 7 cases and secured and unsecured creditors in all chapters of bankruptcy.
Cassie also has developed a practice in insurance subrogation.
Cassie is an Oregon native. She was born in Lebanon, attended college at Oregon State University in Corvallis and earned her law degree from the University of Oregon. Cassie has been active in the Eugene community and currently serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for local children placed in the foster care system.
When she’s not practicing law, Cassie enjoys attending Oregon State Beaver football games, hiking, traveling, movies, and tasting some of the areas finest microbrews.
